30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Shred Pops mask. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return or refund

Email us at derekgauvin05@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (photos help if the item is damaged or faulty). We'll reply with next steps.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you. You will not need to send the item back.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed. We'll confirm the return address and you will be refunded once the item is received.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
